Mike Cesario,
Owner/Certified Personal Chef
Mike and Kim Cesario own and operate Gourmet Express Personal Chef
Service. Mike has been a certified personal chef since 2001 and serves on the
National Advisory Council for the United States Personal Chef Association. He is also a past President and Treasurer for the
USPCA's Dallas Chapter.
Gourmet Express PCS has specialized in the home meal replacement segment
of the food industry since 1999. In addition to home meal replacement,
they have begun offering in-home cooking classes and interactive dinner
parties through Culinary
Inspirations. Their
latest concept is Dinner and
a Massage - the ultimate romantic evening for two.
Mike has a culinary diploma from AIMS
Academy in Dallas, a certificate in Catering and Gourmet Cooking
from International Correspondence Schools, and a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration from the University
of Central Florida. He is also certified for Food Protection
Management by the Texas Department of Health.
Kim has an extensive background in office management and is responsible
for the operations of the business.
